Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Description Job Duties Implements the treatment plan in a timely manner as established by the Physical Therapist.
Documents the treatment provided and reports any changes in the patient's condition to the Physical Therapist.
Assists with coordination of the patient's rehabilitation program with other disciplines.
All reports and documentation is accurate, interventions are billed correctly, and are completed in a timely manner.
Participates in discharge planning, in-services, orienting and mentoring staff and other similar activities.
Supervises the clinical performance of technicians and other ancillary personnel in the department.
Adheres to the APTA Standard Code of Ethics guidelines, all regulatory agency guidelines, and all Healthcare System and departmental policies and procedures.
Maintains a professional image.
Markets services offered while performing day to day responsibilities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications MINIMUM DESIRABLE Education, Credentials, Licenses:
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Licensed or eligible or license in the state where work is being performed.
Previous experience in setting related to primary role Previous experience supervising technicians and ancillary personnel Specialized Knowledge:
Knowledge of Physical Therapy techniques Good interpersonal and time management skills Good communication skills Kind and Length of Experience New graduate or experienced therapist Previous experience using EMR(electronic medical record) Recommended Skills Clinical Works Communication Physical Therapy Time Management Electronic Medical Record Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
