The housekeeping team resolves guest janitorial issues.
This position aides in the accomplishment of these tasks to invest into the guest experience in critical guest engagement zones.

Responsibilities Promote the mission and standards of Answers in Genesis.
Create a SERVE culture environment in all work done.
Approach all tasks with a second-mile mindset.
Prioritize personal integrity in all interactions and assignments.
Ensures the day-to-day cleanliness of the Ark Property and facilities.
Inspect facilities to proactively resolve janitorial needs.
Works with manager to understand cleaning routine and schedule.
Performs responsibilities with a safety-first mindset.
Maintain a secure, clean, and organized workspace.
Performs janitorial duties to help maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
And all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management QualificationsRequirements Must agree with and be able to sign our Statement of Faith.
Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Regularly attends a local Bible-believing church.
Customer service skills:
friendly and courteous with guests.
Attention to details:
eyes on guests' service standards, costs, safety.
Organizational skills:
rotation of date sensitive inventory and cleaning.
Problem-solving skills:
ability to multitask and think quickly under pressure.
Stamina:
willing to work long hours and be on their feet for long periods.
Education & Experience Any combination of education and job-related experience that provides the required knowledge and ability to perform the necessary duties and responsibilities.
Previous experience performing janitorial services and light maintenance preferred.
Well-read in Christian worldviews.
