ResponsibilitiesPromote the mission and standards of Answers in Genesis.
Create a SERVE culture environment in all work done.
Approach all tasks with a second mile mindset.
Be a reflection of Jesus in all you do and say.
Prioritize personal integrity in all interactions and assignmentsSupport daily Ark/Museum operationsThis includes but is not limited to:
exhibit AV, VR troubleshooting and support, event audio, video and lighting, conference room AV support.
Live Audio, IMAG Switching, Lighting Operation and programing.
Ensure equipment maintenance is performed properly and timely.
Works closely with the AV Manager for purchasing daily consumables.
And all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
QualificationsRequirements Must agree with and be able to sign our Statement of Faith.
Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Regular attendance at a local Bible-believing church.
A flexible schedule is a must as the AV Technician need to be available for before and after normal hours AV supportMust be able to work weekendsMust be able to lift 50 lbsand able to climb laddersMust be a self-starter and be able to see jobs through to completionMust have a servant's heartEducation & Experience A minimum of 2 years of facility Audio/Visual installation & maintenance experience a plusA Minimum of 2 years of live sound and lighting support a plusTouring, Concert, and Conference Audio and lighting experience a plusExperience with Alcorn McBride, Crestron, and Christie Digital Projectors preferredExperience with Q-sys and Dante Digital Audio a plusExperience with ETC EOS Lighting controlExperience with Green-Hippo media servers and ProPresenter a plusExperience with Yamaha audio consoles and Shure wireless systems a plusWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSome experience with servers and networking is a plusAny formal AV related training or degree is a benefit Recommended Skills Lighting Live Event Support Maintenance Microsoft Office Networking Problem Solving Apply to this job.
